After the positive experience with LATAM SEC 2024, with a total of 86 registrants, 62 in-person and 13 online presenters, and 11 published without attending totaling 95 published articles with over 308 authors and co-authors. With representation from 5 continents and 15 countries. A total of 69% were Latin American. We are glad to inform the increase of overall participation.
ISEC Press celebrated its 25 years during the joint conference of ISEC 2025 / ASEA SEC 7 which took place November 17-21, 2025 in Sydney, Australia.
Overall, through ISEC, ASEA SEC, EURO MED SEC and LATAM SEC conferences, ISEC Press has published 26 proceedings, with a total of 4004 peer reviewed papers with the representation of 74 countries. Since the first approach as author in EURO MED SEC 01 in Istanbul, Turkey May 24-29, 2016 and constant participation strengthened the relation with the heads of ISEC Amarjit Singh and Frank Yazdani. With the confidence ISEC has given and the support of PUCE, it has been possible to successfully organize LATAM SEC 2024 and LATAM SEC 2026 motivating not only PUCE authors but nationally and regionally. Adjusting to international standards and when applicable adjusting the standards for the growth of research.
All the articles went through a rigorous two stage peer-review abstract review and full paper review. Once the papers were approved and registrations paid for, the copy editing, and similarity check process began. Once all papers were printer ready and published in ISEC PRESS, they have been submitted to CrossRef then to Scopus and there after to ClockSS.
